Sara is a Registered Dietitian and Functional Health Practitioner but also a health warrior herself. Having thought that as a dietitian she was doing everything right to take care of her health and believing I was the healthiest person she knew until symptoms started to pop up one after one. Acne (face and back), heavy/painful periods, fibroid, bloating, constipation, stomach discomfort, painful gas, sugar cravings, and fatigue. Numerous practitioner visits (conventional and holistic) without any real answers or solutions offered. This was her turning point. The search for a better way to achieve the health and life she knew she deserved! My signature program offers you the roadmap to optimize your gut health and life. Using a combination of knowledge, tools, strategies, AND support to help you stop the confusion and step into action. Learning to work with your body's natural rhythms and processes instead of allowing them to work against you. Going way beyond just labs and supplements and deep into building health utilizing mindset, nervous system regulation, nutrition strategies, sleep optimization, detox, and MORE.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What’s the format, structure, & delivery?

    There are 8 core modules that everyone will get access to in addition to LIVE weekly group coaching calls. Calls will be recorded if you can’t attend live. There is an option to extend to a 12-week program which will give you access to 4 BONUS modules and 4 extra group coaching calls. The modules will be dripped out over the length of your program to keep you on track one step at a time. Breaks might be taken for U.S holidays.

  • Is the course self-paced or on a set schedule?

    Both. Watching the video content and completing the module action steps can be done at your own pace. But, since there is a live component as well, it’s essential to keep up so that you can benefit from the live group coaching and you have our support as you work through the program. I do suggest to find at least 20-30 minutes per day or 1 hour, 2-3 days per week to work through the modules. But add some additional time for you to implement changes and take action.

  • Can I do this program if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

    While I do feel like anyone pregnant or breastfeeding could definitely benefit from learning this information, not all modules will be able to be implemented. I would also not suggest running any labs until you have completed breastfeeding and are no longer pregnant. So it might be best to wait until you can fully take part.

  • What if I am vegan, vegetarian, or plant based?

    We do discuss the benefits of including animal foods into the diet when working on healing the gut. I give a lot of detail as to why in order to empower you to make that choice for yourself. If you are not open to changing your diet in any way as one strategy that is used to help heal the gut then this might not be the right program for you. I would suggest seeking out a practitioner that is in more alignment with you.

  • Can I still heal my gut for good if I don’t run labs?

    Most definitely! Labs can be a helpful tool but they aren’t everything and should never be used in place of nutrition, lifestyle and self care strategies. Many people will be able to get very far with their health without using labs and working on the areas we address in the program modules. Still highly valuable!

  • I really want to do this but can’t get my partner on board?

    This can be a tough situation, I get it! I encourage you to have a deep conversation with your partner. Do they truly know how you are feeling? Tell them! Ask for their support versus their permission. Help them understand how you improving your health will benefit them as well. It is a win, win!

  • Can I use a HSA (Health Savings Account) to pay for the program?

    Generally yes, you can. You should be able to use the same credit card at checkout. But I always encourage you to check with your HSA first to be 100% sure in case there are any weird stipulations.

  • Can I do this program if I live outside of the US?

    Yes! However if you live outside the US we are only able to offer you Tier 1 Level which is access to the online course, weekly group Zoom calls, and private Facebook group. I am unable to offer labs outside the US at this time.

  • What is your success rate of Heal Your Gut for Good?

    Everyone that puts in the effort and makes the most of this experience gets results! If you don’t, then you won’t. It is up to you!
